Account Setup
Once we receive the payment, we will create an account for you using the email id provided by you at the time of signup. The same email id would be used to send you intimations regarding abuse, server maintenance, renewal notice.

Payment Policy
All Payments to Kritika Infotech are Non-Refundable. Domain payment is totally not refundable, Hosting payment however we may review it according to situation. Late Payments - Accounts that are past due may be suspended.

Acceptable Use Policy
The sites that include sexually explicit or hardcore images If child paedophiliac material is found on user/customers account the account will be immediately deleted and the user will be fined.

Data Backup
Though we take weekly backup but still we recommend you to take the data backup your own (both website and mails) regularly as per your requirement. If any thing goes wrong with the server and server data backup is corrupted, we are not responsible for any data loss.

VIOLATIONS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
